New A-League club Auckland FC will play Northern League club East Coast Bays in a midweek friendly under lights.
The game will take place at Fred Taylor Park, Whenuapai, on Wednesday August 7, 2024, kicking off at 7.35pm.
The match replaces a previously scheduled friendly between Northern League club Birkenhead United, due to have been played the same night.
Instead, Birkenhead United will play Auckland City in a top-of-the-table clash likely to be a significant factor in the title race.
Auckland FC played their first friendly on Wednesday July 31, drawing 2-2 with Auckland United at Keith Hay Park.
