If Technical beat local rivals Christchurch United in their final fixture, on Sunday September 1, they’ll equal the league record for 16 wins in a season.
Technical have a goal difference of +71 this season, eclipsing the previous league record of +62 set by Christchurch United in 2022.
The side’s tally of 89 goals also beats the league’s record of 79 goals for the most goals scored in a season, set by Technical in 2022.
Technical have made sure of their qualification to the 2024 Men’s National League but the battle continues between Christchurch United and Coastal Spirit to see who will be the Southern League’s second representative.
