The Wellington Phoenix men’s team have beaten Central League side Western Suburbs 5-1 in a behind-closed-doors match.
The match was the second pre-season game played by the Phoenix as they prepare for their next Isuzu UTE A-League season, starting in October.
The Phoenix side had beaten another Central League side, Miramar Rangers, 4-1 a week earlier.
