Mexico have named a 26-player squad to face New Zealand’s All Whites and Canada during the September international window.
Head coach Javier Aguirre has included eight players who are based outside of Mexico, while the Tigres are the BBVA MX League club that contributes the most players, with four.
The squad went into national camp on Sunday September 1 to prepare for the match against New Zealand, to be played at California’s Rose Bowl Stadium on Sunday September 8 (1pm NZT).
New Zealand have selected a squad that is considered one of the strongest ever, including players attached to clubs in the English Premier League, Italy’s Serie A, and France’s LIgue 1.

Midfielder Sarpreet Singh and defender Tyler Bindon were forced to withdraw from the squad through injuries.
Defender Bill Tuiloma and forward Logan Rogerson were called into the squad.
