Oceania Football Confederation are looking to recruit a competitions and events manager to be based in Auckland.
OFC are the umbrella organisation for national football associations in the Oceania region.
OFC say they welcome applications from anywhere in the world from candidates who meet their criteria.
In their description of the role, OFC say they are implementing a strategy to collectively achieve their vision for football in the Pacific, by qualifying two competitive teams for the FIFA World Cups in 2026 and 2027.
“As the competitions and event manager, you will be responsible for:
- Plan, organise, and deliver OFC international competitions and related events to meet expected standards.
- Develop and enhance capability within Member Associations in areas such as competition management, event management, and match day operations.
- Oversee and develop: OFC Competitions strategy, strategic plans, and operational plans.
- OFC competitions departmental budgets and financial reports.
- OFC’s international match and competitions calendars.
The deadline for applications is 5pm (NZT) Friday September 27, 2024.
