Canterbury’s Coastal Spirt are seeking applications for an experienced operations/general manager.
“Do you have a passion for football and want to move into a role where you can combine your passion with your experience?” the club asks in its description of the role.
“In this role, we are looking for the right person to lead the club to develop and implement a club-wide football strategy in alignment with CSFC Strategic Plan 2025/26.
“You will manage the implementation of quality programmes and initiatives within the club and wider community including managing all the financial and administration accounts via Xero, and all team data via Comet and Friendly Manager.
“You will actively seek funding avenues and new partnerships as well as monitoring the existing revenue streams alongside our funding team.
“You will also actively be involved in helping to upskill coaches and help to educate the parents and caregivers, which is a big part of this role, as well as developing player pathways, including opportunities for girls, women and aspiring players.
“The successful candidate will provide regular operations reports, advice and relevant information to inform the decision-making of the Board, including achieving the KPIs set out by the board.”
