The 2024 Women’s National League is underway, with a number of squads including late transfers ahead of the opening round.
Regulations for the competition allow clubs to sign up to three players from clubs not qualified to participate in the National League’s championship phase.
Notable signings included eight-cap Football Ferns forward Aimee Phillips, who has moved from Cashmere Technical to Auckland, where she’s joined Western Springs.
Former Newcastle United midfielder Rosie Missen has joined Central Football after playing her winter football for Auckland’s Fencibles United.
Pepi Olliver-Bell has rejoined her former club, Wellington United, for the national competition after playing for Petone in the Women’s Central League.
Lotto NRFL Women’s Championship Golden Boot winner Britney Cunningham-Lee has moved from Franklin United to Eastern Suburbs.
Forward Danica Urlich-Beech, from Hibiscus Coast, has signed with Southern United for the National League season, but did not feature in their season opener against Eastern Suburbs.
