What’s on at the weekend — our guide to the pick of the football action

posted in: Events, News

The return to Auckland of the Wellington Phoenix is a highlight of this weekend’s football action in the north.

After playing at Wellington’s Sky Stadium last weekend, the Nix will look to get a result at Eden Park where they take on Western Sydney Wanderers on Sunday (3.05pm).

Meanwhile, there’s more than 20 Northern League and men’s and women’s Lotto NRFL games, as well as the preliminary round of the Chatham Cup, to choose from.

Here’s our round-up of what to watch, what to do, and when, over the weekend of Friday April 22 — Monday April 25.

Friday
