All Whites midfielder Sarpreet Singh will play for Bundesliga 2 club Jahn Regensburg for the rest of the German season after agreeng to re-join them on loan from Bayern Munich.
This follows news that Singh (23) has agreed an extension to his contract with Bayern Munich, keeping him with the club till at least 2024.
After two rounds of fixtures, Jahn Regensburg are top of the the Budesliga 2 table.

Jochen Sauer, head of the FC Bayern Campus, told the Budesliga.com site: “After Sarpreet’s move to Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga didn’t work out and he had to miss a few weeks of training because of injury, we’re pleased he can return to familiar surroundings.
“We’re convinced he can get back to his old performances at Jahn.”
Regensburg director of sport Roger Stilz said: “We’re delighted Sarpreet is returning to us. Since his injury wasn’t straightforward, we’ll give him all the time he needs to get match fit. But he’ll join the team in the coming days and complete his recovery here in Regensburg.”
Singh said: “I had a great year for much of the time in Regensburg. That’s why I’m even happier to be back. Obviously, the first thing for me is to be fully healthy and pain-free again. I’m very grateful to Jahn that they want to support me on this journey. When I’m back on the pitch, I want to build on last season and enjoy success with the team.”
Singh scored five goals and provided eight assists in his first 19 games for Regensburg last season, before injury curtailed his season.
