Updated: Melbourne Victory coaches will deliver a two-hour education workshop for football coaches in Auckland on October 4.

The workshop will be hosted by Victory’s partner, Mt Albert Grammar School, and will include practical and theory sessions.
However, the workshop will now be held at Mt Albert Ponsonby’s Anderson Park after a change of venue from MAGS.
Coaches keen to attend are invited to register.
The Australian A-League club recently renewed their partnership with MAGS, and the school’s Director of Football, Peter Smith, said: “The purpose of the workshop is to enable coaches to gain a better understanding of how Melbourne Victory develop some of the best young talent, male and female, in the Australiasia region.”
The workshop will be delivered by Melbourne Victory coaching staff led by the club’s Football Pathways Manager, Gareth Turnbull, supported by other Victory Academy coaches Joey Didulica and Jonathan Clemente.
Turnbull is also the assistant coach of the Victory’s women’s A-League side.
Where and when
The workshop will be held at Anderson Park on Tuesday October 4, from 6.30pm — 8.30pm.
Costs
Light refreshments will be available and coaches will have the opportunity to network. To cover costs, there is a $20 fee payable at the time of registration.
