Two big Auckland derbies take top billing for northern football fans looking for live action this weekend.

On Friday evening, Western Springs and Eastern Suburbs meet in a top-of-the-table clash in the Women’s National League.

On Saturday, third-placed Auckland United host leaders Auckland City in the Men’s National League, with these sides being the last to remain unbeaten after four rounds of competition.

The Wellington Phoenix head to Melbourne Victory, looking for their first win of the A-League season, on Sunday.
