Who plays who in the run-in for the Women’s National League

Only two rounds remain in the Women’s National League as teams jostle for final positions on the league table.

Eastern Suburbs are assured of first place on the table, and a place in the Grand Final on Sunday December 18.

The battle for the second final spot continues between Western Springs and Northern Rovers, though Rovers need to win their remaining games and count on Springs losing their’s.

Canterbury United Pride can finish as high as third and prevent an Auckland clean sweep of the top three placings.

Mathematically, Central Football can avoid the wooden spoon but only by winning their last two games, and if Auckland United also lose to Capital Football this weekend.
