New Zealanders among award winners at end of OFC U-17 Championship

New Zealand goalkeeper Matt Foord and striker Luke Supyk were among the players who received individual awards at the conclusion of the OFC U-17 Championship in Fiji.

Foord was awarded the Golden Glove award after being chosen as the tournament’s best goalkeeper.

Supyk shared the tournament’s Golden Boot with Tahiti’s Titouan Guillemant after they both scored six goals in the nine-nation competition.

The Golden Ball, awarded to the tournament’s best player, went to New Caledonia’s Nolhann Alabete.
