Canterbury United Pride showed their strength, scoring 22 goals in their two-game weekend in the women’s Ford Futsal Superleague.
They beat Southern United 13-0 on Saturday and then backed up with a 9-0 win on Sunday.
The competition was closer in the men’s Ford Futsal Superleague with Canterbury United Dragons and Southern United taking a win apiece from their back-to-back matches at Mainpower Stadium, Rangiora.
The teams were playing in the Mainland Home Series.
