Football Ferns Meikayla Moore and Olivia Chance have taken part in a 16-minute broadcast with Dutch international Tessel Middag in which they discuss inclusivity in women’s football, allyship and differences between the leagues they have played in.

Broadcast by UK’s Sky Sport to promote LGBT+ history month in the United Kingdom, the players share their views about inclusivity in the women’s game, and how they individually try to “create a safe space” for players.

The trio all play for Glasgow clubs in the Scottish Women’s Premier League — Moore (Glasgow City), Chance (Celtic) and Middag (Rangers).
