Auckland City will begin their defence of their Northern League title at home against Western Springs when the 2023 season gets underway on March 25.
NZ Football have released the season’s fixtures for the National League’s regional competitions, the Northern, Central and Southern Leagues.
Opening day of the Northern League season will see newly promoted Manurewa travel to Birkenhead United’s Shepherds Park, and last season’s Lotto NRFL first division champions West Coast Rangers host Hamilton Wanderers.

NZ Football say the use of some grounds as team training bases for the FIFA Women’s World Cup will require some clubs to use alternative venues for some fixtures.
“An updated schedule with confirmed venues will be made available ahead of the start of the season,” NZ Football say.
Meanwhile, a live streaming schedule for the National League competition, featuring games from the three regions, will be announced soon.
