Northland FC have turned up the volume in their efforts to entertain home crowds at Whangarei’s Trigg Arena this season.
Not content with playing recorded music over the stadium sound system, Northland used a live rock band to get the spectators warmed up for Easter Saturday’s Lotto NRFL Men’s Northern Conference match against Waitemata.
The band, WAKM, lined up beside the pitch to belt out rock covers ahead of the match, which was drawn 1-1.
