RESULTS: The winners and scorers from Sunday’s big cup matches

Here are Sunday’s results from the second rounds of the Chatham Cup and Kate Sheppard Cup.

Last year’s runners-up Eastern Suburbs beat league rivals Northern Rovers 10-0 in the Kate Sheppard Cup, with eight different goalscorers on the teamsheet.

Western Springs travelled to Rotorua where they routed Lakes 12-0 with striker Sofia Garcia celebrating her return to the side with five goals.

Meanwhile, in the only Chatham Cup tie of the day, Napier City Rovers beat 10-man Island Bay United 4-2.

Island Bay lost Jarrod Stant to a double yellow in the 74th minute when trailing 2-1 at Bluewater Stadium, and the home side’s Deri Corfe scored in the last minute to finish a 4-2 win.
