Football Ferns defender Liz Anton has agreed a new contract with women’s A-League club Perth Glory.
The contract extension means Anton (24) will play her fourth season for the club in next season’s Liberty A-League.
Anton, who has played 19 times for New Zealand, was a member of the 23-player Ferns squad for the FIFA Women’s World Cup but was an unused sub in all three group games.
Auckland-born, Anton played her youth football for Lynn-Avon United and Western Springs before heading to Australia in 2020.
She represented New Zealand at U-17 and U-20 level before making her senior international debut in a 5-0 win against Thailand in 2017.
