Spain and Norway are through to the quarter-finals of the FIFA Women’s World Cup after they registered impressive wins in Auckland and Wellington, respectively.

Another all-time record was set for a football crowd in New Zealand, with 43,217 packing Eden Park to watch Spain’s triumph against Switzerland, while 33,042 turned up for Japan’s match against Norway in Wellington.
