A one-off promotion play-off will decide on Sunday which club will join next season’s Women’s Central League.
Taranaki club Moturoa will meet Horowhenua Coastal in a 2pm match at Whanganui’s Wembley Park.
Moturoa won the 2023 Central Women’s Federation League, going through their season undefeated, and won the 2023 Central Federation Cup.
Horowhenua came third in the Women’s Capital Premier competition behind Wellington United Sapphires and Petone Reserves, clubs already represented in the Central League.
The winner of Sunday’s promotion play-off replaces North Wellington who finished bottom of the eight-team Central League.
