Birkenhead United and Melville United meet on Sunday to decide which club will win promotion to next year’s Lotto NRFL Women’s Championship.
They will play on neutral turf at Mangere Central Park with the winner clinching promotion to the championship.
Birkenhead United have reached the play-off, having won the NRF Women’s Conference, heading off nearest rivals Metro.

Melville United qualify for the play-off as WaiBOP champions, having won the federation’s W-League at a canter, and scoring 87 goals in 14 outings.
Their only loss was a 3-0 default.
Te Atatu face the drop from the Championship after finishing bottom of the eight-team competition.
