TVNZ to broadcast All Whites and Ferns games for rest of 2023

Four All Whites fixtures and two potential Football Ferns games are set to be broadcast on free-to-air channels TVNZ Duke and TVNZ+.

This follows a partnership between NZ Football and TVNZ in which they aim to build on the success of the FIFA Women’s World Cup which reached record television audiences.

The first match covered by the deal is Saturday’s friendly international between the All Whites and DR Congo, played in Spain.

The Soccer Ashes Trophy match between New Zealand and Australia will be broadcast from London on Wednesday October 18 at 7.45am (NZT).

The international matches will also be live-streamed on FIFA+.

James Wear, GM Brand and Partnerships at New Zealand Football, said:

“New Zealand Football’s partnership with FIFA+ was a landmark agreement as it allowed us to take control of the rights to our international games and prioritise getting football to more Kiwis than ever before.

“It also allows us to partner with TVNZ and continue the brilliant momentum from the FIFA Women’s World Cup by having football on free-to-air TV.”
