Blackburn Rovers midfielder Andy Moran has already been called into the squad, promoted from Ireland’s U-21 side, while doubts remain about the fitness of Evan Ferguson (Brighton), Will Smallbone (Southampton), Chiedozie Ogbene (Luton Town) and Jamie McGrath (Aberdeen).
