The FIFA Women’s World Cup was a success on and off the pitch in New Zealand, a post-event analysis shows.
The tournament boosted the economy and raised the profile of women’s sports, says an independent analysis commissioned by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
