A-League games for the Wellington Phoenix men’s and women’s teams dominate interest this weekend.
The Nix men start the weekend on Friday with a two-point lead in the competition as they travel to Suncorp Stadium to face mid-table Brisbane Roar.
Roar have included new signing Marco Rojas in their squad, suggesting the All Whites midfielder could make his Brisbane debut against former club Phoenix.

The Phoenix women travel to Newcastle for their game on Sunday, with a warning the game could be played in extreme heat.
