All White Kosta Barbarouses has been ruled out of Saturday’s men’s A-League match between his Wellington Phoenix side and Perth Glory.
In the declaration of squads for Round 18 fixtures, the Phoenix have listed their 10-goal forward as injured, though the nature of the injury is not stated.
Head coach Giancarlo Italiano has since confirmed Barbarouses is being treated for a low-grade calf tear.

Midfielder Nicholas Pennington and fullback Sam Sutton remain on the injured list after missing last weekend’s 2-1 win against Macarthur.
Better news for the A-League leaders is that All White Tim Payne and attacking midfielder Bozhidar Kraev are available after missing Round 17 through injury.
