Northern Region Football have appointed Shannon Chapman to the role of Girls and Women’s Lead with their operations and development team.
“This role is key in the development and delivery of NZF’s Legacy Starts Now programme,” NRF says, “and implementing best practice delivery models for girls and women throughout the region.”
Having already made a huge contribution as an area manager, Chapman will work with Scott Lewis and Gemma Lewis in the development team and will continue with some community and club projects while the federation recruits to replace her area management role.
Chapman will start her new role on May 20, 2024.
