New Zealand international midfielder Daisy Cleverley has helped her HB Krøge side to a 2-0 win against title rivals Brønby in the Danish top tier Elitedivisionen.
Cleverley (27) scored from a tight angle to net HB Krøge’s second goal to help lift her team into third place on the table, behind Brøndby and leaders Farum.
The Auckland-born Football Fern joined HB Krøge in 2022 after five years in the United States.
She played her club football in New Zealand for Western Springs, Lynn-Avon United, Eastern Suburbs and Forrest Hill-Milford United.
She’s made 37 full international appearances for New Zealand, scoring twice.
