New Zealand international forward Alex Greive is looking for a new club after the Scottish Premiership’s St Mirren confirmed he would not be offered an extension to his contract.

Greive (25) was signed from Northern League club Birkenhead United two years ago and St Mirren say he and others will leave when their deals expire.

Other departees include Australian internationals Keanu Baccus and Ryan Strain.

Baccus has already signed a two-year contract with English club Mansfield Town.

Greive scored nine goals in his 76 appearances for St Mirren and was loaned to Dundee United for the second half of last season, helping them win promotion from the Scottish Championship.
