East Coast Bays name Callum Simmonds as club’s Player of the Year

Callum Simmonds has been named Club Player of the Year after an impressive 2022 season with East Coast Bays in the Lotto NRFL first division.

Simmonds (27) has been a key player with Bays since joining the club from Albany United in 2019.

Striker Keegan Kelly (17) won the club’s top goalscorer award, and was named Young Player of the Year.

The club also honoured departing chairman Russell Foster who returned to England during the season, awarding him the Blair Downs Memorial Presidents Cup.

At their recent prizegiving function, the club announced the following awards:
