Metro FC have extended the deadline for applications for their vacant role of Director of Football.
The club is looking to recruit a suitably-qualified candidate who can oversee the development of junior and youth football in 2023.
The vacancy follows the departure of Tim Ragg late last year to take up a DoF and head coach at Onehunga Mangere United.
In its advertisement for the role, Metro says: “The successful applicant will be required to work closely with the Auckland City Football Club Academy Director to ensure a unified approach in line with the club’s MoU with ACFC.”
Applicants should hold the OFC/NZF B Licence (or C Licence Holder and be actively working towards their B Licence).
Metro FC will support the successful candidate in achieving this if required.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-organised and passionate for the development of footballers.
- Ability to develop successful strategy and plans for continued improvement of Whole of Football Programme.
