Northern League club Bay Olympic have started 2023 with a new club logo, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the club’s formation.

Revealing the logo, the club said:

“We mark this milestone with the launch of our new logo, a design that dynamically captures our proud past and our exciting future.

“Our past includes 25 years of Bay Olympic plus the history of our foundation clubs, Blockhouse Bay and Green Bay Titirangi.

“The blue and red flames represent the colours of Blockhouse Bay and Green Bay Titirangi merging into green to collectively represent Bay Olympic.

“The flame piercing the shield reflects our ambition to provide our members with an experience that builds a lifetime love of the game.”

The club will phase in the new logo over the 2023 season, starting with electronic media and at their clubrooms. It will progressively appear on playing apparel.

“There will be no requirement for our players or teams to purchase new playing kit with the new apparel — the old flame will phase out as gear reaches end of life and the new flame will grow,” the club says.
