All Whites midfielder Matt Garbett moves from Italy’s Torino to Dutch league

All Whites midfielder Matthew Garbett has joined second-tier Dutch club NAC Breda on loan till the end of the season.

NAC Breda have also negotiated an option to buy Garbett’s contract from parent club Torino, who play in Italy’s Serie A.

Garbett (20) made his debut for Torino last October when he came off the bench during the club’s Coppa Italia match against Cittadella.

Garbett’s move from Italy to the Netherlands is made easier because he has a French passport and falls outside of the non-EU football work scheme. NAC Breda are currently 9th on the Erste Divisie table.
