Papakura City re-appoint Eakins in bid to retain national women’s futsal title

Papakura City have confirmed Futsal Whites coach Marvin Eakins will lead the club’s campaign to retain their national Women’s Ford Futsal Superleague title.

City say Eakins’ coaching team will include Ashleigh Patton (assistant coach), Josh Greet (manager) and Sean Smit (physio).

Papakura won the national title late last year and go into a new competition starting in February.

Papakura will represent the northern region in the competition, which includes a three-day national series at Auckland’s Trusts Arena (March 18-20) and a two-day series at Wellington’s ASB Sports Centre.
