Goalkeeper Anna Leat has withdrawn from the Football Ferns squad to face Portugal and Argentina this month after suffering an injury.
The UK-based Aston Villa goalkeeper will be replaced by New Zealand U-20s goalkeeper Murphy Sheaff who was part of the Ferns squad for the two-match series against the United States last month.
Leat was absent from the Aston Villa squad that beat AFC Fylde in the FA Cup last weekend.
Villa manager Carla Ward confirmed Leat had picked up a knock the week before, and was having problems with her back.
