Western Springs seek men’s first team manager and video analyst

Western Springs are looking to recruit two positions to work with their Northern League management team.

They seek a team manager and a video analyst for the season ahead.

Team manager

The position works closely with the Head of Men’s Football, Scott Hales, and coaching staff members responsible for physio, strength and condition, goalkeeper coaching and video analysis.

“You will be in charge, working with the above, of setting up of training sessions and match days,” the club says.

The right person will have attention to detail, great self-management and be able to work with a range of personalities.

“It’ll be your job to make other’s lives and jobs easier.”

Video analyst

The club describes this role has “vital in today’s game”.

“The video nnalyst will analyse every game the team plays and highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the team and the individual players. They will also scout and analyse the opponent’s strengths and weaknesses to give the team the best chance of winning.”

Elements of the role include:

  • Game analytics.
  • Opposition scout report.
  • Set up and run Veo.
  • Download to Hudl.
