It’s nerve-wracking enough being a supporter of the Football Ferns during the FIFA Women’s World Cup … but imagine the extra pressure if it was your daughter on the pitch.
The 1News Breakfast team wanted to know, and invited two mothers of the Ferns to be guests on their Wednesday July 26 show.
Judy Hand (mother of forward Jacqui Hand) and Katrina Bunge (mother of defender Claudia Bunge) shared their insights in a 10-minute interview with presenter Jenny-May Clarkson.
