All Whites forward Moses Dyer set to return for USL Championship club Tulsa

USL Championship club FC Tulsa have confirmed out-of-favour All Whites striker Moses Dyer will be on their roster for the 2024 season.

Dyer (26) joined the second-tier United States club in early 2023 after a move from Canadian Premier League side Valour FC where he had been the club’s leading scorer for two seasons.

FC Tulsa confirmed on their website that Dyer would return because “after a standout performance in the previous season, the New Zealand native is set to bring his goal-scoring prowess and on-field aggression to the forefront.”

The 11-cap All White did not play for the national team last year.

However, he became a regular with Tulsa, playing 29 games, in which he started 21 times and ran up 1,958 minutes of game time. He scored four goals.

The Palmerston North-born midfielder-turned-forward began his youth career with Auckland City and developed his senior career with Hamilton Wanderers, Eastern Suburbs and Manukau United.

Moving overseas, he had spells with Australian club Northcote City and Norwegian first division side Florø SK before finding success with Valour, who he joined in February 2020.
