A goal from record-breaking striker Michelle Heyman was enough for Canberra United to beat the Wellington Phoenix in their women’s A-League in their round 21 fixture.
The Matilda, who has scored more than 100 A-League goals, struck with a sweet header 12 minutes from time to lift Canberra off the foot of the Liberty A-League table.
