WATCH: How to view the Ferns against Philippines at FIFA Women’s World Cup

If you can’t get to Wellington’s Sky Stadium for Tuesday’s game between New Zealand and the Philippines at the FIFA Women’s World Cup, you can watch the match live on free-to-air or pay channel television.

Broadcast coverage from the stadium starts from 5pm, half an hour before kick-off.

Here’s how and when you can watch the game:

Free-to-air broadcast

The match will be broadcast free-to-air by Prime TV, with coverage starting at 5pm and ending at 8pm.

A one-hour highlights package including the best moments of this game will be broadcast by Prime at 9am on Wednesday.

Pay channel

Subscriber-only channel Sky Sport 1 will broadcast the match live with coverage from 5pm till 7.45pm.

The channel will broadcast a full replay of the game at 10.30pm.

Sky Sport 1 will broadcast the night’s other game from Group A, between Norway and Switzerland, with coverage from 7.45pm to 10.15pm.

Pacific Islands coverage

Live coverage of matches is being distributed to 24 free-to-air broadcasters in the Pacific Islands, thanks to a deal struck between FIFA and an Auckland-based content distributor.

The 64 matches are forecast to be watched by between 1.8 billion and 2 billion viewers globally, compared to 1.12 billion who watched the 2019 tournament from Paris.
