About Love Soup
Love Soup collects, sorts and distributes good food to help communities around the North Island, delivering to organisations such as food banks that help people in need.
The not-for-profit organisation also provides free community meals.
“With our food rescue plan (collecting good food that would be either dumped or given to farmers), we provide free, health-focused meals for the elderly, families, and children,” the group says.
“We distribute food to organisations that give to those in need. Love Soup delivers food and supplies to organisations around the North Island helping over 1000 people a week.”
