Hay had already signed defender Jack Cawley (31) from Wellington Olympic and Christchurch-born defender Ben Stroud (25) who had been playing in Finland’s third-tier competition as the captain of FC Jazz.
Hay is building his squad for West Australia’s Perth SC, who play in Australia’s second-tier competition, the National Premier League Western Australia.
