Two teams representing New Zealand Secondary Schools are on their way home after completing an 11-day tour to Malaysia and Singapore.
Boys’ teams playing in U-19 and U-16 age groups met representative teams and club sides during the trip between April 6-17.
The U-19s played five matches, winning twice.
The U-16s played four games, winning twice, but had their final match against a Singapore Schools selection called off due to electrical storms and the threat of lightning strikes.
The sides met Malaysia’s NT A and B sides, the Kuala Lumpur City schools team and local clubs.
