VIDEO: 1News catch up with Futsal Whites’ coach and captain

The Futsal Whites are targeting their first-ever appearance at a FIFA Futsal World Cup after a good start to the OFC Futsal Nations Cup.

Head coach Marvin Eakes and captain Dylan Manickum provided their views on the team’s progress to 1News.

Meanwhile, New Zealand play their third and final group game on Wednesday afternoon, when they meet Tonga at the Bruce Pulman Arena, Takanini, at 4pm.

New Zealand are already assured of a semi-final spot, due to be played on Thursday.
