Miramar Rangers, Petone and Western Suburbs have all had winning starts to their Central League campaigns.

In the north, the Lotto NRFL Men’s Northern and Southern Conferences completed their opening rounds.

The Wellington Phoenix finished their women’s A-League season on a winning note, beating Western Sydney Wanderers 2-0 at Porirua Park.
