Plenty is riding on the outcome of some of this weekend’s big games.
Auckland City and Wellington OIympic meet in a rematch of their epic national league Grand Final when they play the first of a two-legged play-off to decide who will represent New Zealand in this year’s OFC Champions League.

On Sunday, the Wellington Phoenix host Sydney FC at Auckland’s Eden Park, a game that head coach Ufuk Talay has said will be key to his team’s chances of going into this year’s men’s A-League play-offs.
The Wellington Phoenix women, meanwhile, get the chance to climb to within a point of their nearest rival at the foot of the women’s A-League when they take on Sydney FC across the Tasman.

The Ford Futsal Superleague continues with eight matches at Tauranga’s Trustpower Stadium, all of which will be live-streamed by NZ Football’s YouTube channel.
