Auckland City seek assistant coach for men’s U-23 team, and youth coaches

Auckland City are seeking an assistant coach for their U-23 team for the 2023 season.

The club says that under the direction of the U-23 head coach, the role will support all aspects of training and match days for its U-23 team.

The commitment is for two training sessions and one game per week.

Academy and youth coaches

Meanwhile, the club is also looking to recruit academy and youth coaches.

“Coaches will be exposed to the ACFC playing and coaching philosophies as they work with other like-minded coaches in a positive environment to inspire players to learn, develop and express themselves on the field.” the club says.

“We have a variety of coaching opportunities on our community and premier programmes.”

The club says in-house coach education and mentoring is available from their experienced technical team, and formal qualifications are also an option to work through at the club.

Candidates must be based in Auckland, New Zealand.
